Bozizi’s diverse service range and extensive operational activities are high risk, making SHERQ one of the most important elements of the business and its’ employees. Aligned with the company mission, vision and values, executive management fully supports the SHERQ initiatives of preventing injury, ill health, damage or loss.

We are committed to the well-being of our employees, as well as to ensure sustainability, caring for the environment and to ensure our clients receive products and services that exceed their expectation. Management sustains a zero-tolerance approach to safety, health, environment and quality. The company is currently in a process of acquiring IMS certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. A dedicated department manages the micro-risk function of the business.

The company is fully committed to continually improving safety performance and standard procedures that are implemented and maintained on every site. We observe and comply with Health and Safety regulations and render services that upholds and promotes a culture of Health and Safety as required by the law to conform to the statute in all projects through application of best practices, methods in Health and Safety according to the SHERQ guidelines.

Our updated Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policy clearly states that the company takes Safety issues very seriously. The Company also has an internal and external Health and Safety practitioner which audits the various sites on an ongoing basis.

TURNKEY PROJECTS

We provide end-to-end turnkey project solutions, managing every phase from initial design and planning through procurement, construction, and final handover. Bozizi Holdings delivers integrated mining and civil engineering solutions, including drill-and-blast operations, excavation, road construction and rehabilitation, slope stabilization, and support installation. Our services are backed by geotechnical expertise, a skilled multi-disciplinary workforce, reliable equipment supply and plant hire, and additional capabilities such as borehole drilling and fencing—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all ground conditions.

Engineering Specialist with 15+ years’ experience in civil and construction projects. He leads all project implementations, guiding teams and managing deliverables with his hands-on approach, business acumen and extensive industry knowledge.

Qaqambile Njokweni

Petroleum Industry Expert

A petroleum industry expert with more than 20 years of experience in senior management and advisory roles. He worked for Chevron for 14 years, holding various leadership positions, and later served as Advisor to the CEO of Astron Energy, with exposure to both local and international operations.

Mzwakhe “Mzi” Zwane 

Energy, Mining & Commercial Strategist

Is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years’ experience in the petroleum and mining industries. He has a strong track record in business development, sales and marketing (AMEP products), pricing strategy, and growth execution, and has led high-performing teams of over 80 employees.

Foster Mhaka

Contracts Managers (QS)

With 23 years’ hands-on experience in managing high-budget projects in South Africa and abroad. He combines technical expertise and emerging technologies to deliver value-driven, profitable outcomes for every project.

Zanele Njova

Business Strategist

Specialising in Business Transformation & Supplier Development, with 23 years’ experience driving impactful change and social development initiatives. She develops strategic plans, analyses data, and collaborates with teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.

With 11+ years’ leadership experience in project management, strategy  and organizational transformation. She drives cross-functional efficiency and revenue growth by leading projects, sales, marketing teams with strategic execution and operational excellence.
